Our offerings may include:
-
One-on-one spiritual coaching.
-
Self-paced online courses and multi-week or multi-month programs.
-
Women’s circles, workshops, book clubs, and in-person gatherings.
-
Guided meditations, embodiment practices, movement, breathwork, and reflective exercises.
-
Digital downloads, written resources, and other educational materials.
Our offerings may draw inspiration from spiritual traditions, mythology, sacred texts, contemplative practices, feminine archetypes, and experiential learning.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue offerings when reasonably necessary.
Material changes affecting existing paid enrollments will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement and law.
2. Eligibility
Our paid services and programs are intended for adults aged 18 and older unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Nature of Our Services
Crossroads Covenant provides spiritual education, coaching, and experiential learning intended to support self-inquiry, spiritual exploration, embodiment, and personal growth.
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare provider or other qualified professional.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. Participation in our offerings does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
Spiritual perspectives, teachings, practices, and interpretations shared through our offerings are provided for educational and reflective purposes. Participants are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and maintain their personal beliefs and discernment.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular offering is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.
4. Personal Responsibility and Individual Results
Personal and spiritual development is an individual process. Each participant brings their own experiences, circumstances, beliefs, and needs to our work.
We do not guarantee specific emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, physical, or other results from our coaching, courses, or programs.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and well-being during and after participation.
You are encouraged to honor your boundaries, participate at your own pace, and discontinue any activity that feels physically or emotionally unsafe.
5. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments
Prices, payment options, and the details of each offering will be provided on the applicable sales page, at checkout, or in a separate written agreement before purchase.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
Payment plans
Where installment plans are offered, the payment schedule and total program price will be disclosed before enrollment.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable agreement, enrolling in a payment plan constitutes a commitment to the full program price, subject to applicable cancellation rights and law.
Stopping participation, missing sessions, or choosing not to access purchased content does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances.
We may restrict access to an offering when payments are overdue, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchase agreement.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Crossroads Covenant recognizes that individual circumstances can change. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the type of offering, timing of the request, services or materials already provided, applicable purchase terms, and relevant circumstances.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Any decision will be communicated to you, and approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable purchase terms and law.
To request a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling, contact support@courtneycrossroads.com with your name, the offering purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for your request.
Online courses and digital downloads
Refund requests for digital products will be evaluated in light of the product description, access provided, applicable refund terms, and legal requirements.
Coaching and multi-session programs
Refund requests for coaching packages or multi-session programs will be evaluated in light of the services already delivered, the remaining services, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
Payment-plan obligations and cancellation rights will be governed by the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.
Circles, workshops, and in-person events
Cancellation and rescheduling requests for events will be evaluated according to the relevant event description, published cancellation terms, and circumstances of the request.
If Crossroads Covenant cancels an event or is unable to deliver a purchased service, we will communicate the available options. These may include rescheduling, credit, or a refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Any offering-specific refund deadline or cancellation policy will be disclosed before purchase and will apply alongside these general terms to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section waives any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Online Courses and Digital Downloads
When you purchase an online course, digital download, or other digital resource, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own educational purposes, subject to the applicable purchase terms.
Unless you receive our prior written permission, you may not:
-
Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or resell our materials.
-
Share paid course access or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
-
Record or redistribute classes, workshops, or course content.
-
Remove copyright notices or represent our work as your own.
The duration of access, delivery method, and any technical requirements will be described in the applicable offering.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original content associated with Crossroads Covenant—including written materials, course content, exercises, guided practices, graphics, branding, logos, and original recordings—is owned by or licensed to Crossroads Covenant.
Purchasing a service or participating in a program does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not commercially use, reproduce, distribute, or adapt our protected materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
You retain ownership of your own original contributions. Any permission for us to use your identifiable contributions, image, or personal story will be obtained separately where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions claims ownership over spiritual traditions, historical teachings, public-domain works, general ideas, or concepts that are not protected by intellectual property law.

Our group offerings are intended to foster respectful participation, reflection, and shared learning.
Participants agree to:
-
Treat other participants with respect and care.

Respect personal boundaries and differing experiences.
-
Refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
-
Respect other participants’ privacy and refrain from sharing their personal information or stories outside the group without permission.
-
Follow reasonable safety instructions and event guidelines.
We encourage confidentiality within group settings but cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Please exercise discretion when sharing sensitive personal information.
Crossroads Covenant reserves the right to limit or end a participant’s involvement when their conduct creates a safety concern or substantially disrupts the experience. Any resulting refund will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and law.
10. Physical Practices and In-Person Events
Certain offerings may involve movement, breathwork, meditation, or other experiential practices.
You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate and for informing the facilitator of relevant limitations or accessibility needs. You may modify or decline an activity at any time.
Follow the instructions provided and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary.
For in-person events, participants must follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Any separate participation waiver or event-specific agreement will apply where relevant.
11. Testimonials and Participant Contributions
We will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials or misrepresent a participant’s experience.
Any testimonial or identifiable participant contribution used in our marketing will be shared with appropriate permission. Participation in a program does not automatically grant us permission to publish your name, image, statements, or personal story.
If you provide feedback or suggestions directly to Crossroads Covenant, we may use general, non-identifying feedback to improve our services.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to third-party websites or use external services for payments, scheduling, email communications, video hosting, or course delivery.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Crossroads Covenant is not responsible for the independent content, policies, or availability of third-party services, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms.
13. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information and maintain a functional website. However, we do not guarantee that the website or its content will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
To the extent permitted by law, our website and general educational materials are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or consumer protection that applicable law requires us to honor.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crossroads Covenant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or participation in our offerings, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section does not remove any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any existing agreement that governs a particular purchase.
Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes to existing arrangements.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any valid separate agreement.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory legal rights or remedies.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase terms, program agreements, or event-specific policies, govern your use of our website and offerings.
