Crossroads Covenant is a modern mystery school devoted to bridging the gap between spiritual awakening and grounded integration. This is not surface level spirituality. It is a space for depth, devotion and transformation.
Through structured containers, immersive experiences and embodied practices, this work invites you to move beyond simply understanding your awakening and into living it.
At its core, this work is one of devotion, self awareness and embodied practice. It is not about becoming someone new, but deepening your connection to who you already are. Learning to trust your intuition, honour your body and live in alignment with your truth.
What is a mySterY School?
Mystery Schools are initiatory religious traditions historically found in Ancient Greece, Egypt, and Rome. Within sacred temples, priests, priestesses, oracles, healers, and magicians gathered to study the hidden principles governing life, death, and transformation. They are a sanctuary of personal transformation and enlightenment. A merging of chaos and structure. A temple of inner and outer worship of the Divine. A mystery school is a space where spiritual growth is guided, supported and experienced, not just learned.
What is The Sacred Heart?
In Christian mysticism, the Sacred Heart represents the purifying force of Divine Love. It represents devotion and sacrifice.
Initiates of the Sacred Heart understand that Love is the most purifying force in all of the cosmos. Their spiritual awakenings are often catalysed from a deep love and mirroring of another. They may resonate with the concept of Soul Mates, Twin Flames and Divine Counterparts.
Those walking this path live in accordance with Universal Law, balancing intuitive knowing with a grounded understanding of spiritual principles. Throughout their lives they are initiated by the many different faces of the Divine, each initiation refining their wisdom and capacity to serve.
Your Spiritual Guide
Courtney is a Spiritual Mentor and teacher of the Divine Feminine Mysteries who supports people through spiritual awakening, kundalini integration and embodied transformation.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Science, she bridges scientific understanding with ancient wisdom and embodied spiritual practice. Her work draws from both her lived experience and her extensive study of Anthroposophic and Eastern systems of spirituality, alongside the teachings of the ancient Mystery Schools.
Courtney's own spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2020 became a catalyst for profound healing, self discovery and a deeper understanding of consciousness. Rather than turning away from what she experienced, she allowed it to reshape her.
She is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Sacred Rage Facilitator. As a teacher of the Divine Feminine Mysteries, she helps women reclaim their rage, sensuality, divine love and power through a modality blending Taoist practices, Tai Chi, sensual dance and tantric principles.
Her work is intuitive, compassionate and deeply embodied, supporting others in moving through awakening, healing and the reclamation of their true Self and connection to God.
