1:1 7-Week Intensive

Service Description

This is a 1:1 coaching container that is a personalized deep dive. This will include teaching, coaching, and somatic release exercises tailored to the individual based on what they are moving through and what results they are looking to achieve. This will start with a FREE 1:1 Intention setting session. Then, Courtney will create a personalized 6-week program.
